Medaram Sammakka Saralamma Jatara is one of the biggest
tribal festivals celebrated in the world in Warangal District of Telangana

It is being celebrated in the hour of goddesses Sammakka
& Saralamma, it is celebrated once in every two years for four days, during
which people offer jiggery equal to the weight of goddesses and it is the
festival which is celebrated without the influence of Brahmans
Goats & hens are sacrificed on a mass scale and liquor is also consumed to celebrate
